Hiring of A Van

Hi,

Hoping to go to Jaffna and Dambulla (departure from C'bo at 3 am on the 24th and return by about 6 pm on the 27th). My part would include 7 people. Can any one help me to get a Van (self drive) organized that could be hired on a daily / km basis? Much appreciated.
