Great, a very practicable way to rescue the animal.
It is really worth to forward this web page to DWLC and other animal rescue bodies. In Sri Lanka, so far as I know, it is almost always tried to rescue the animal with a noose or a cage and the process is harmful to the animal already in physical and mental distress.

Namal, thanks for posting, I learned some thing from it.
