Is this Utricularia reticulata (Nil-monarassa)
Captured at Pitawala pathana (Knuckles)

nayana,

yes, this is a Nil Monaressa species. There are 15 species of Utricularia in Sri Lanka. I don't know how to ID them in to species level.
